We had great internal signal everywhere we traveled within Japan. The device does get hot quickly, and we did have to restart it to get service twice in a week, but otherwise it was a vital tool during our trip and did its job well! Easy return and easy pickup.

great for use when u need internet all the rime

Easy to set up and use

It works well. The battery is good.

molto soddisfatto del modem. ci ha aiutati nella nostra vacanza e ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze

We were in Japan for 10 days. I bought the 10GB for those days. Did have any problem. It was great. When I messed up with setting it up for the first time. They were good to response to my problem and send me a new QR code to try again. So I got my son the data from them. I wish they have more than a month deals. So we don’t have to do it every month. I’ll definitely use them again.

It was so fast and easy from reserving online to pick up and drop off. Everything we needed was in the case provided including portable charger. Will definitely rent from here again!

Excellent experience, pocket wifi delivered regularly to the hotel, equipped with an extra battery for any eventuality (never used despite having three cell phones connected), easy return

Worked everywhere, kept long charge. Good experience

Perfect we had no problem
