Perfect to travel around and connect more than one device on the same WiFi! It worked perfectly

Worked perfectly on my families trip to Japan, Couldn't have asked for a better product.

Worked great. Make sure you have a bigger battery pack then provided. If you will be away from a charger for the whole day

The premium WiFi worked perfectly during our vacation in Japan. No hiccups or problems and I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless to friends.

Got the premium package for a group of three. Worked well in most locations, but had some instances where connection was a bit slow. This was rare, and would generally get better after switching servers using the simple interface on the device. Would highly recommend.

Easy to use and worked well throughout Japan

We ordered a Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi box after being dissatisfied with the service of a different provider. The box arrived 24 hours after ordering, so we were back online quickly and able to use it both on the road for navigation and at our accommodations for working and streaming.
We will definitely be using this service again when we return to Japan for a longer stay next year.
