Smooth experience all the way through. Delivered when promised to Haneda airport, worked great in city and rural areas, and delivered back without issues. Would definitely use again!

I have been many times in Japan.
This time it was so easy and comfortable as I was connected everywhere I wished.
It isn´t cheap but extremely convenient and I will definitely use it on every trip from now on.

Everything was easy and comfortable: the booking, the pick up, the return.
The device is very small and powerful, I did rarely need the extra battery.

You can share with your partner/friends and have several devices connected. We always had very good connection.
