Super happy I got pocket wifi. It was easy to pick up and drop off and worked perfectly!

I from Malaysia and I ordered it through email less than 15hrs before arrival in Osaka (which is too last minute for them to prepare). However, they quickly replied me, apologize and told me that with the time given, they only can send to post office nearby ( I'm totally cool with it, given that they quick reply and provide me a solution). I totally visit Japan again by using Japan Wireless Wifi as my pocket wifi.

This little device will take much of the adventure out travel. If you prefer to rub sticks together to make fire this is not for you. Seriously though excellent customer service. Excellent coverage. Speed. Faster than the hotel wifi by light years. It really makes life easier to always be connected. It is a travel essential.

Ordered it a couple days before I landed in HND. It arrived on time and pick up was easy. I never had a problem with the wifi and it was consistently fast. I would definitely use this again the next time I come to Japan.

Japan Wireless provides wonderful service and the price is better than other providers. I would recommend Japan Wireless for anyone traveling in Japan.

This was my first trip to Japan and it was such a relief to have WiFi in my pocket with me at all times. I visited the Iya valley, Mount Koya and Naoshima island along with several major cities and I only remember reception dropping twice - once in a mountain range and once out at sea. Pick up and drop off were convenient and upload and download speeds were excellent. I was uploading to Instagram and streaming throughout my trip with no hassles. I'm going to rent from here, again.
