Ordering, collection and using the pocket wifi was really easy. It was used constantly including the kids streaming Netflix and I had no bandwidth issues. The unit I had did become faulty after about 9 days but customer service was excellent and a new one was couriered to my hotel the next day. Overall very happy with the service provided.

I used the pocket wifii during a 14 day period in Japan (working reasons). The pocket wifii worked perfectly always, not a single problem. I could stay in continous contact with my colleagues in Japan and my family in Italy. Very easy to use, very easy the whole procedure (I found it in my hotel and I sent it back the last day by nomrmal postal service using the envelope provided). Strongly recommended!

Thanks for the service, I used it for a week and did not have any problem with it, I'm a traveler and was easy to use, a way to stay connected and move across the city without issues. It is easy to return as well. Thank you very much!!

We are glad we went for this service. I was able to work on board the train at very high speeds with hardly any drop out. Speeds were good. We could depend on it everywhere we went.

Works great. Battery lasts full day of continuous use. And there's a battery pack included!

Buena calidad

It was easy to pick it up at the airport and return it by Mail. It worked really well everywhere I went in Japan (even northern part of Japan). Highly recommend to all. Very reliable and good company. I also used a discount code which helped me more staying in Japan for 30 days. Thank you Japan Wireless! I will call you again.

It was easy to pick up and drop off. It was handy to have the additional battery pack as we were out all day sightseeing and exploring.

We went to Kyoto, Hakone and Tokyo and we never had a problem.

We were really happy with our Japan wireless. It worked well for 4 people, even when we were in different hotel rooms.
The email confirmations arrived quickly, pickup was easy and drop-off in a mailbox easy too. I will definitely use this service again!
