Fantastic product, no problems, perfect performance!

I highly recommend Japan Wireless to anyone travelling to Japan. We opted to have our wifi delivered to our hotel and picked up on arrival. Our parcel was waiting at the reception for collection when we arrived. Set up was simple with instructions provided, return was also very straight forward. Coverage was excellent, battery life was great (we didn’t have to use back up battery provided) and we used all day long.

Reliable.

Great speed, easy to operate, will definitely use this service again if going to Japan next time. The only downside is it did not come with a cable to connect the power bank to the pocket wifi, we had to buy one, but that was easy to fix.

Never had a problem with Japan Wireless. Great customer service. It’sy go-to pocket wifi provider everytime I visit Japan.

It worked pretty good, and i had the spare battery when ran out of juice. Helped me a lot.

I had no issues with this WiFi!! Highly recommend for big groups that don’t plan to split apart

Excellent. Will recommend to anyone

works great!

Easy to use, enough battery for 1 full day continuous use then charge at night. Fast speeds.
