Convenient and easy to use.

Pocket wifi was very useful for everything i needed it for.
Anywhere from business or personal entertainment such as streaming or playing games.

This pocket wifi is amazing. I didn’t have any problems with the connection at all. The speed is amazing and the battery life lasts very long! I didn’t even have to use the power bank they sent with the wifi, not even once! Even if I connect 6 devices to this wifi, the speed is still as fast. Would highly recommend to everybody!!

The pocket wi-fi was very easy to order online and pickup at the airport when we arrived in Japan. The wi-fi, cables and backup battery they provided were in excellent condition and fully charged. The wifi was easy to use and transport, held its charge throughout the day, and we always had a strong signal and quick wifi speed for all of our devices while traveling throughout Japan. We are very happy with Japan Wireless service and products and will definitely use them again.

It is really easy to use and very convenient if you need internet at any time. Since data has no restriction is better than others and you don’t have to worry about speed for reaching a daily usage.

My wife and I toured around Japan for 17 days and overall we were happy with the performance of the JW Premium Wi-Fi (187Mbps) device. Pick-up, drop-off and Setup was easy and the battery lasted for pretty much a full day (we used Google maps pretty much the whole time). My only negative would be that randomly the service would stop working. Making this a little more confusing was the fact that when we tried to reconnect our phones would load a page showing us as well over our data limit. Given that we ordered unlimited data, we assumed this didn't apply to us. Restarting the device worked at first to regain internet connectivity. When that did not work, taking the battery out and putting it back in did. Other then this minor annoyance, we were very pleased with the overall product and service offered by JW.

Pocket wifi was convenient, worked well among our travel around Japan and convenient to just drop off at any post office as well.
