Business Wifi worked well for our needs.

Pretty reliable, it’s a great product.

I used this service throughout my four weeks travelling across Honshu and had good, continuous connection the whole time. No issues at all.

My travelling buddy had a mobile wifi device from a separate company that was totally unreliable and she got no help from them . So, she was tapping into my device because it was so good.

I needed to contact Japan Wireless about a separate issue and they were quick to respond.

I would highly recommend them to anybody wanting to hire a mobile wifi while travelling in Japan.

I really liked wireless Japan, we always have excellent signal , very easy to use and to ordered. Thank you!

Convenient and easy to use.

Satisfied as always!

This service is easy to use and affordable.

No issues to activate the eSIM and very easy by simply pointing to the QR code provided. Coverage and speed according to expectations, mostly 5G and only a few black spots in the highways. No issues with thethering at all. I found that I could have managed with a capped plan because consumption was below 10GB in my 10 day stay. Review the discounts when buying 2 or more eSIMs.

Very reliable. Good connection. Price ok.

3rd Time I have used this-always reliable and cost effective solution 24/7 when carrying multiple devices and sharing.
