Real fine

It worked perfectly fine when I was out on the road, but as soon as I came home, it said "No Service" (圏外). It felt like the bandwidth was not as wide as the previous one I rented a few years ago. The battery life seemed shorter too. I haven't timed it, so I'm unsure, but I would probably rent the Premium version next time. I also like the easy application process and the convenient return service. The Customer Service is always quick with response for any questions. I am satisfied.

I had no issues with my device in Japan. Company mailed my device to my hotel. It was easy and convenient. Someone in my group ordered a device from them and they did not get there’s till two days later because there was a mix up. All rooms were booked with the same names and the company thought it was the same person.

Pese a que mi compañía nacional de celulares se comprometió a desbloquear mi teléfono para poder usar la tarjeta, nunca lo hicieron, pero Japan Wireless me devolvió mi dinero aún habiendo enviado la tarjeta a tiempo y sin tener ninguna obligación, les estoy muy agradecida

We were in Kyoto, Toyoma, Kobe, and Osaka for 20 days. This pocket WiFi we carried provided good reliable services. Highly recommend!

Delivery to the Kansai Airport post office with a pre-filled and stamped envelope for return.
Sufficient time for the day, good reception even indoors and on public transport.
