after visiting japan for two weeks would recommend this service. Coverage is good, even in remote places around japan still had wifi access. Very convenient too, easy to pick up (they delivered to our hotel on first night), and to drop back (envelope with instructions provided)

Great WiFi. Business was all we needed. Delivered to the hotel and easy drop off at the airport. Travelled to remote places on Shikoku and never failed. Happy to recommend.

Invaluable on my trip. Works just as it says! Wifi whenever I need it. The battery lasts for like 10 hours, and it comes with a back up charger in case you’re out and about longer than that. I couldnt find a language option to change it to english, but I havent had any problems with it. The password and name of the wifi is printed on the devise, so after I connected the first time, it connects automatically when the pocket wifi is turned on.

Very convenient, and fast internet! Easy ordering, pick up and drop off process. A must have when travelling to Japan!!

After getting extremely lost our first day, we made a rush order for a premium WiFi and it made our lives easy the rest of our trip. Streaming videos was no issues, no data limits, and never had a problem connecting even in the mountains. Definitely recommend and will rent again.
