No negatives about the product or service. Highly recommended for anyone traveling through Japan!

So glad i selected Japan Wireless. I easily reserved it online. The package was ready at Narita upon our arrival. Turned it on and we were connected. Excellent with clear directions.

I rented the Premium WiFi, worked beautifully as advertised. The package came with a backup battery which helped tremendously for charging my phone when I was out and about. The pocket WiFi lasted all day and only needed charging at night.

The only logistical issue is picking up at Haneda airport. Japan Wireless is also know as Ninja WiFi. I couldn't find the booth initially because no one knew Japan Wireless. When someone figured out it may be Ninja WiFi then I was pointed to the booth without any problems.

Really easy process from start to finish, and strong WiFi signal never dropped once. Made my trip in Japan amazing!

I picked it up from the airport. Everything was in the package (device, plug, cable and extra USB battery).
The device was super easy to set up.
I had 2 laptops and 2 mobiles connected to it with no problems and I was watching YouTube on the laptop with smooth watching. I will get it one more time.

I am really happy with how the whole process worked. It was the first time I rented such a device but I will do it again for sure
