Definitely a wireless router that I'd rent again. Spent 9 days with the Wi-Fi unit and would say the speeds, signal and battery life we're excellent. Thank you it was the best

The people working at Japan Wireless are very helpful, kind, and able to help the customer with whatever they need. The WiFi never failed, providing fast service, and the battery lasts very long. They also include a battery to charge the WiFi and it is good for long days out

Wonderful. No limit and the speed was great. I couldn't really livestream in more populated areas though, but that's to be expected with all the people.

Would recommend unlimited if you're in Japan for more than a week.

It was very convenient to have the pocket wifi and speeds were good. However, I took 1 star off because I had a few connectivity issues (connection drops, slow speeds) that were frustrating.

Easy to order and pick up. Unfortunately I departed with the unit and had to send it via air mail back. Overall the unit was great when on the trip and had nil issuea

Having one of these wi-fi units when travelling in Japan is fantastic! I recommend getting one if you're staying for any length of time, as International roaming is so expensive. Very cost-friendly, and convenient. Ships with a spare recharge battery, which comes in handy on those long travel days.

Delivered the service as promised! I was able to communicate back home and work, and travel buddies stay connected for updates on itinerary, train schedule, and even navigated with no interruptions!

We ordered two of these devices and had no problem picking them up and dropping them off at the airport post office. We did have issues with one of the devices - after the first day, one of them consistently had slow wifi (could read and send messages, but anything bigger like photos and videos wouldn't load), even after resetting the device. The other had consistently reliable and fast internet throughout the trip though. As a result, our trip still went great.
