While there are many free wifi locations in Japan, my premium wifi service from Japan Wireless was worth every cent. It was perfectly reliable everywhere we went, and was very fast. Most importantly, I didn't have to worry about the security of my connection, and I could stay in touch with my family, friends, and business with complete peace of mind.

Super easy to use. Just turn it in and connect all your devices. We would have been totally lost without it. Used it all day every day to access Google maps and navigate which bus, subway, train, station, etc we were going to.

Very happy about the product and service! The device was ready waiting for me at the hotel, and I had total freedom of communication for 2 weeks, the price was very reasonable. Not s single failure, very high speed. I highly recommend this product and the service from Japan Wireless. Already told my friends about this.

I had this little device for 2 weeks in Japan and it is a must have for any traveller. Easy to use and so helpful. Reception works basically everywhere so you're always connected; very useful for translations. Battery has a good life of about 10hours a day and the supplied battery pack expand this easily for another full day. Highly recommend!

I had no trouble using anywhere in the major cities, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka. Even on the road in the remote areas as well. I would use it again next time we are in Japan

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with your pocket WiFi. Very handy to use. Plus we had a smooth transaction in collecting and dropping the Wifi from the post.
