100% service evrywhere we went in Japan. Super long battery life. Our phone and tablets were always connected. We got clear videochat and VOIP with extremely low latency. It was really nice sharing moments in real-time with family in the US and uploading high resolution photos every night. Highly recommended.

Very good

Handy, small device. Start up, log in and ready to go. Battery life, at least 10 hours, but with the included power bank, double that. Powerbank also useful for charging a mobile phone. Really strong WiFi signal everywhere. Pick up and drop off at Narita Airport (Post Office) was easy and smooth. I'm very satisfied.

I’m so glad we rented from Japan Wireless. The WiFi was fast and reliable with no dead zones. Having the extra charging bank was really handy. Our whole family was able to use the service, which saved us a lot of money in fees from our US carrier. Their customer service was responsive and helpful, I would use their service again without hesitation.

Wifi has been amazing and made travelling Japan easy. Would give 5 stars however can't get the portable battery to work. Charger for wifi works fine but and connection is great.

Worked fine during our trip to Japan. Generally good mobile coverage.
