Having this device was a great resource to us! We had it for 10 days, it came with an extended battery pack, USB cable, and the wifi-router. Connecting to it was simple and the battery on the router lasted literally all day. We would have it on from 8am to 8pm, using it throughout the day for map access and looking up restaurants to eat at and the battery life was still over 25% by the time we got back to our hotels. Great service for a great price, wouldn't hesitate to purchase again. The only thing i would note is that the image posted online was not the same as the device we were given, but it didn't deteriorate from the service it provided us. Thanks!

No problems, high quality internet. Power bank included.

We could never have explored Japan without Google Maps, and we could not have done it without a pocket WiFi. This product was reliable as anything. Only needed to use the back-up battery once during our 10 day stay.
The package was waiting for us at our hotel when we checked in and returning was super easy in the prepaid SAE.
I highly recommend using this when in Japan

We were very pleased with the perfect service :
*divice was waiting for us upon arrival in hotel
*very easy to install
*perfect connection all over Japan ( even on the cruise ship at sea when not too far from shore)
*easy to return
I am happy I chose your service, it made my Japan adventure even more easy and beautiful, thanks

Awesome coverage and stable and fast, hassle free pick up and drop off

I used first time Pocket WiFi and absolutely loved it. It is comparable to my AT&T travel plan for my phone in temrs of cost per day, but it lets you use data transfer practically unlimited and the most importnt advantage that we had both my wife's phone and our computer working on the same network with no problems. I would recommend all who go to Japan to use this device. Thanks

Very convenient. Comes with extra battery so it will last for an entire day. Will use again when traveling in Japan.

Perfect communications and delivery to your hotel, internet works perfect for whole Japan, so everything was perfect. Thank you very much

I’m very happy with this experience. The device was perfect and the signal was great in everywhere.

Very good price. Responsible company. I was at the hotel upon arrival, clear and easy instructions, perfect operation and return at the same hotel. Fantastic!!
