I suggest to all to rent this device.

Well worth getting if going to Japan, good price and definitely worth not getting lost

The system to collet and drop the pocket wifi was excellent, very convenient. My only suggestion will be to replace the battery charger as it was not in good conditions for a full charge of the device

Everything went well.. very easy to order online, the package was at the hotel upon arrival, the instructions are easy and it was great for all of us - we were a group of 7 - to be connected to the same wi-fi. The drop off instructions are also very clear. I recommend Japan Wireless.

I can only suggest to try it. It is very useful.

From the pick up right from our hotel to the drop off at a mailbox, this was the best decision we made. Out kit even came with a portable charger and all necessary power cords. Even better, the service was great!

Excellent download speeds, excellent area coverage. The only issue I had was that three or four times in a 14 day period it seemed unable to find signal. I had to wait 15 minutes and restart it to fix it ( or maybe it simply found the signal itself). I would give 4,7 stars if i could. Nice package and very easy to return. Happy for my choice.

Hiring a mobile wifi was one of the best decisions we took when traveling through Japan. The service worked flawlessly the whole trip, and it allowed us to move freely using navigation apps and using SNSs. A single charge would last us for a whole day with plenty to spare. We didn't even have to use the spare battery! Definitely recommend!
