The pocket Wifi was delivered to our hotel as requested - it worked flawlessly and had excellent battery life! We'll definitely use Japan Wireless for our next visit!

I reviewed multiple services and couldn’t have been happier. My WiFi was delivered to my hotel and available upon arrival and worked 100% of the time.

Renting a pocket wifi for the duration of my trip was the single smartest thing I did. Japan Wireless shipped the pocket wifi directly to my hotel and it was immediately useful for me and my family. This helped us avoid paying exorbitant international roaming fees for the vast majority of our trip, and was significantly faster and cheaper wifi than some of the hotels and other free public WiFi options. Would highly, highly recommend.

So fast and so easy to use, worked the entire time and easy to return.

I was very happy with the Pocket Wireless product on a recent stay in Japan. The coverage was great and the products easily fit in the small bags my wife and I carried while sightseeing. The power sometimes ran down fast, but the power bank provided enough to get us through many hours per day of coverage. I would purchase again.

The pocket router was very reliable. It worked in alll locations, even when conventional cell service (from a roaming provider) was intermittent. The router did fail one day - would not boot up. The service team was very helpful, instructed me how to perform a hard reset and it resumed service as normal for the rest of my 17 day stay. The mailing envelope is especially handy - very easy to return via Japan Post. I will use Japan Wireless each visit from now on.

Dankzij deze wifi hebben wij een super fijne zorgeloze vakantie gehad! Wij konden extra data bijkomen als dat nodig was. Makkelijk af te halen, makkelijk in gebruik, goed bereik en makkelijk weer in te leveren. Echt top! De volgende keer zouden wij dit meteen weer bestellen.

2nd time I’ve used the portable wifi dongle from Japan wireless, both times excellent coverage, this time a portable recharge battery was provided with which made it even better, will absolutely hire again if visagain, was very easy to order before I left home and it was waiting for me at first hotel

Delivered to hotel in Tokyo as requested and it worked very well. Excellent service I would recommend.
