It was great

Great service, and perfect for Japan travel

Onlynproblem is that i needed luck, i still have no idea how i got connected since everything is not in english and the manual wasnt helpful, otherwise it was great and saved me a lot

In my last 2 trips to Japan, I've used Japan Wireless only and I'm very satisfied. I have service everywhere in Tokyo and the other provinces I've been to. Sharing WiFi is no problem, and they have no data cap. The kit comes with a 10mAh powerbank whick helps if survive a full day of non-stop use. I definitely recommend and will choose this again for my next visit.

Easy to use, very strong connection and the extra battery when you need it

The wifi router was extremely useful as I found the free/public wifi availability very limited. The router always provided a good fast connection, definitely recommended

I learnt about this device through a travellers' blog as I had never travelled before to Japan. I decided to trust the positive reviews and rented a pocket wifi with Japan Wireless. Upon our arrival to our hotel in Kyoto, our package was already there and ready to be used. The instructions were very clear, we were connected in a minute and the speed of the internet was amaizing! We never had any problem with it, and, back to my country, I am already recommending it to all my friends wishing to visit Japan soon!

It worked fantastic and now I know it was the best choice!
