This is my second time using Japan Wireless and both times have been exceptional. I never lost reception even in super remote areas. Their customer service is the best. I messed up on my submission form twice and both times the fixed the issues within hours with such courtesy. I can’t speak highly enough of this company. They have made both of my trips to Japan stress free. This time I had friends who chose not to use Japan Wireless and they regretted that decision. Please use Japan Wireless. They are the best!

The device had a good coverage and speed of internet on smartphone. It was very useful during our trip.
There was all necessary instructions and equipment in the package and it was easy to use.

The wifi on itself great. It never runned out of battery, picking it out was easy, without it it would have been very hard to move around, the price is also great, at first I thought it was too good to be true, but it's actually Amazing.

Works well on the go all around the Tokyo.

Wish they would give some time to send back the unit since sometimes people would forget and send it back from they country,

Renting a pocket wifi during our stay in Japan was a great decision. The process was easy and the pocket wifi was at our hotel when we checked in. It was lightweight enough for me to carry it in my purse and being able to have continual internet access was so convenient, especially when finding our way around the cities. To return it, all we had to do was place everything in the envelop provided and the hotel clerk dropped it in the mail for us. We definitely would use Japan Wireless again.

I picked up this product from the airport post office and it’s been easy to use and provided WiFi all over Japan so far. Very easy!
