Very easy pickup and use! Worked throughout Japan. Battery life was accurate to description.

I rent this 4G/wifi router and enjoyed internet very good connection during my trip in Japan. I appreciate the spare bartery for full day autonomy.
Pick up and return of the device was easy.

Well organized easy pickup and dropoff facilities at major airports. Good speed and coverage, works well anywhere, even in remote locations. Reasonably priced unlimited traffic.

I you are coming to Japan and don't know your way around you simply need this, trust me, been there done that.
There was one day we didn't have this available because we were to pick it up at our second hotel due to flight that was rescheduled to a day earlier and the time you spend searching for wifi and taking care of strange logins is just too much to waste on your precious time you could spend visiting the places you want to visit. What takes you seconds when you have this cool device can take you hours otherwise (imagine you being lost in Aokigahara :))

It’s been great having access to Wi-Fi outside our accommodations especially trying to find where we are going. With few readable street signs having GPS has been a real plus.
