The ser vive esa excelent

This is so convenient to have while traveling in Japan, especially with multiple devices. It was easy to order, pick up and return.

So glad I rented this device! This wireless wifi worked everywhere with multiple users. Tokyo. Kanagawa, Mt. Fuji. Battery life is great. Will definitely use again.
Hint: 2020 Olympics attendees reserve your Japan wireless wifi device early!!

I used this for 13 days, while travelling extensively throughout Japan. The only times I had problems with coverage was inside some metro/train stations and in some rural locations. Otherwise, this little pocket wireless was more than worth the price!

Everything went perfekt... easy to use

Having a pocket wifi makes getting around Tokyo with your phone for maps, translation, and rail info, so much better! Thanks Japan wireless!

Loved it (when it worked). Had a few issues and had to turn it off (daily) and then back on to reset and get service.

Worked perfectly all throughout Tokyo and Hakone with the battery lasting almost all day with three people in my group connected at a time. I will definitely consider Japan wireless again for my next trip to Japan.

We made a mistake during the order requesting to ship the pocket WiFi in the wrong airport. The staff was amazing! They quickly gave us support via email and shipped the pocket WiFi directly to the hotel!

I would reccomend this product because of it’s efficiency. It helped the most with direction mapping.
