Amazing device to get you and your friends connected to the Internet throughout Japan. Easy to use with no hassle. We were connected virtually everywhere and the extra battery pack they provide helps keep it charged all day. Drop off is also super easy considering that the Airport also has post boxes to drop it off in.

No tuve ningún inconveniente con el pocket, llego en impecables condiciones, limpio y funcionando al 100, nunca me desconecto y fue muy sencillo de usar. Fue sin duda lo mejor que pude haber contratado.

It was really easy to rent the pocket wifi from the begging to the end. It did dropped out twice in remote villages but got the connection back as soon as I presses the small button as explained on the problem solving information sheet they provided. Great for GPS rather than using Japanese GPS provided with rental car(it was in Japanese).

Best service and quick response, no hidden fee. Internet working as described with fast speed! I was very impressed working everywhere even top of the mountain or underground!! We had no problem at all! I will definitely rental again when we go back to Japan. Thanks for the great service!!
