No Problems, only needed to be recharged every 8 Hours. Cable was ok, Plug did not work… we used ours. Sending back was easy. Would do it again, rexommended.

I loved the service. Battery lasted longer than I expected. Signal was very good throughout my trip and it was easy to return. Excellent experience!

This was the perfect addition for our trip. The price was good, picking up from the airport on arrival was easy. It did not fail us for the whole 2 weeks. Used extensively for navigation, translation and communication it was flawless. Highly recommend this.

Easy pick up and super easy drop off. Just place in postal box. Great service and reception. I’m going back in April and will go through Japan wireless again.

This premium pocket WiFi NEVER lets me down! Honestly, I prefer it over any eSIM. It’s so easy to collect, connect, and return.
This trip I stayed in an Airbnb and couldn’t have it delivered to the address, so I had it sent to the local post office instead — pickup was incredibly simple!
I’ll always use this service when travelling in Japan. The connection speeds are super fast and the reliability is unmatched!
