Great service ! Ordered post office delivery to the airport. Letter was waiting for me already when I landed.

My Holiday in Japan was made much more enjoyable by hiring the equipment from Japan Wireless, i had no problems with it at all i was able to stay in contact with all my family back in the UK.
We traveled all over Japan and was never out of contact a nice feeling to have when celebrating your 50th Wedding anniversary so far from home.
The equipment was waiting for me on arrival at the hotel and easily returned in the paid envelope supplied by Japan Wireless.

Kept me connected throughout my trip to Hokkaido! Battery lasted through the day without using the provided spare recharger.

Pocket wifi was waiting for us at the hotel reception, worked faultlessly for the whole time we were in Japan with good reception and a strong wifi signal. Returning was easy in the prepaid envelope and Japan Wireless confirmed the safe receipt of the returned items.
