Easily picked up, beforehand they give you options what part of the airport is convenient for you. Set up is easy, and loved the connection. Never reached a drop zone nor battery die on me. The battery lasts long. Upon returning, they provide you with an envelope and all you have to do is mail it from any red box mailbox at the airport.

I really enjoyed using Japan wireless! Their service was quick and easily accessible! Instructions for pick up and drop off were clear and simple. My family and I had no connectivity issues at all. Definitely recommend for travellers to Japan and we will definitely book for Japan wireless again the next time we go to Japan!

Worked perfectly, was waiting for me at the hotel and never lost reception. Speed was good and they give you an extra battery. The battery in the device itself lasted about 8-10 hours. Definitely recommend and will be getting this again every time I visit Japan

The pocket wifi from Japan-wireless was very easy to use and very reliable.

Was able to pickup from airport post office and drop off there as well. Wifi was fast and battery life is long. Never had an issue! Would definitely use again!

Used the router every day. Battery lasted a full day with on average 30% left. Pick-up at the post office at Osaka airport worked well and easy to drop off in provided envelope at post office at Narita airport Tokyo.
