If you are travelling around Japan, you cannot go wrong with this wifi solution. It worked everywhere and allowed us to connect several devices all day. Booked it online before the trip, it was waiting at the hotel on arrival and the post back at the end was easy - I can recommend this service.

Super handy and reliable! I would suggest others to bring their own power bank with more charges as the one that comes with it runs out quick (must charge the power bank more often). I travelled with this all across Japan and always had wifi readily available.

We took a 3 week trip to Japan and going with Japan Wireless was a very good decision. No matter where we went, we had a lightning fast connection, which only broke off maybe 3 times and was fixed in a few seconds with two klicks.

I would thoroughly recommend using a Pocket Wifi while in Japan. We rarely lost signal, could use the wifi in the subways and worked for multiple devices which was great as we were travelling as a three. And good value for money!

Definitely satisfied with the whole experience. The complimentary battery pack saved us a few times during our extended tours. WiFi very fast and never failed on us. Will be my go to choice next time I'm back in Japan!

I shipped it to my hotel and it was ready for pickup when I arrived. The wifi was extremely fast and great for using to navigate. The portable charger was great for the end of the day when the pocket wifi started running low on charge. The pocket wifi does get very hot but other than that, no issues at all!

We had the device delivered to our hotel. The packet was waiting for us when we checked-in. Very convenient! Simple instructions and very easy to use. The device lasted as long as our cell phones did. Spare battery was very useful. Easy to return. Would definitely rent again.
