From ordering to pick up to using it and dropping it off. The process was so simple and it was an absolute lifesaver on the trip. 100% recommend!

Good quality service

We were happy with the wi-fi, it worked perfectly for two weeks that we travelled in Japan.

Super easy to pick up at the airport, did not have any issue using.

The device worked as expected for our family. It handled all of our data faster than the network around the city.

We have never been to Japan before and found this on the US website. It is a God-send. When we got to the hotel, it was shipped there already. The device was not fully charged but it came with a spare battery which lasted the whole day. Everyday I charged the device and the spare battery so that a group of 4 used the wifi without any issues in 4 different cities in Japan, including the JR train and metro. The drop off was very easy at the airport before the security check in. Simply put in the evenlop

This Pocket WiFi was very efficient. The connectivity was excellent.

I cannot emphasis how easy this was to purchase and use. I ordered it very last minute and it was STILL waiting for me when I got to the Narita airport post office. Took about 5 minutes to set-up and I was ready to go explore. This is the best option for internet access in Japan and would definitely recommend it.

Reserving the pocket wifi was very easy and straight forward. Will provide review after my experience with the pocket wifi is done after my trip.

Had the wi-fi for a 10 days trip throughout different cities in Japan. We had no issue with the order, the delivery, reception or return. Will definitely rent from them again next time we return!
