I have used this service 2 times before an this is my third. It is always delivered on time and I never had any issue with it.

Used for 4 days in Japan. Never lost battery and didn’t have to charge until we got back to the hotel at the end of the night. Easy pick up at the airport and just had to remember to put in the post box before security!!!!

It's a good way to have Wi-fi but perhaps the device is quite heavy but good!

Timely and convenient delivery. Strong signal. Easy return. Will use again!

Very Efficient, convenient and quality service - had no issues. Connectivity was good.

The SIM was there when I arrived at my hotel without issue. Setup is a little complex if you're not used to the networking settings on your phone, but if you follow the instructions carefully, it works fine. Coverage appeared to be excellent. I had no trouble connecting anywhere I went.
