Excellent service from the outset with our WiFi that was waiting at the post office at Narita as promised. We had seamless high speed streaming from Tokyo all the way to Osaka. Highly recommended

All perfect ! at our arrival at the Ginza Hotel the modem was allready there waiting for us. The modem was charged and ready to be switched on. For all the 2 weeks in Japan we had no problems related to the modem. A good equipment/service from a good company. Thanks

This was an outstanding unit and make our holiday experience so much easier given we were out and about most of the time. Will definitely hire this unit again.
