We stayed for 5 days and ordered Premium Wi-FI to be used by 3 perons. Easy to order and to collect at the airport Haneda. Used it directly and it worked perfectly. Constant good, high and stable connection! Also very easy to return...next time will do the same!

We picked this up at the Narita airport and had it set up in minutes. Super easy to connect. We had 4 people connected all day and never died on us, also comes with it's own battery pack just incase you're out for long periods of time. Returning it was also super easy, there are multiple mail boxes throughout the airport so we never had to go out of our way. Highly recommend!

This device was really reliable and a great choice while travelling! The only slight issue is the battery life is not excellent but it usually has pretty fast wifi

Awesome customer service!

Worked perfectly and as advertised.

Helped us a lot in navigating the streets of Tokyo, hassle free! The connection was very reliable.

Very good service. Only can say one negative thing. The extra battery won't charge very well. I would recommend this product

Excellent service at reasonable price.

Very easy and it worked perfectly. I didn’t need the extra battery.

Getting a portable wifi router from Japan Wireless was one of the best decisions we made on our trip. It was very affordable and they delivered to our hotel. I will be using them again the next time I travel to Japan.
