No problem at all, highly recommended

This my first visit to Japan. I was told by Tmobile that I would be able to get at least 3g connection for free in Japan. Like always, Tmobile sold services that they don't have. Tmobile connection in Japan was like .03g connection, can't even send a text.

I wish all service in the states were like japan wireless. The pocket wifi really works well and at a great price. I will used them again next time and everytime I'm in japan. I learned my lesson to never rely on TMOBILE.

Pocket Wi-Fi was a godsend for our trip to Japan. I can’t imagine traveling without it! Thank you to Japan wireless for making the process seamless and idiot proof

Have tried a few different places for wifi now at Narita and I will definitely be using Japan Wireless again. Best price offering and hassle free admin.

Excellent "human" fast replies. Everything worked as promised. Japan-Wireless is the only company to consider for travelers to Japan needing a portable hotspot.
