Mi sono fatto recapitare il pocket in aeroporto. In 5 minuti ho ritirato il pacco e mi sono connesso per tutta la vacanza senza avere mai problemi. Riconsegna molto semplice, giapponesi sempre efficenti.

I did a lot of research for pocket WiFi's for my parents visiting. Most all had the same bandwidth limitations and 3GB fast speed daily data caps and I assumed that was the norm. I was just going to use the first picket WiFi service I used when I first visited Japan several years ago. Then I decided to clock on a Google ad with this service. I have never used anything from a Google search ad before. I was surprised that this service was slightly cheaper than the service I planned on using but it was truly unlimited data with no daily high speed data caps. And in practice, it was actually really unlimited and worked great. Everything went smoothly, from customer service to the return process.

I booked Wifi router from Japan Wireless every time I go to japan.
I never had any problem with it.

This product was very easy to use and provided excellent coverage and general service. The only let-downs were that you could not see your download speeds on the screen, and we had a couple of issues where it would lose service and take a while to reconnect. But these were not major issues, overall we were very satisfied with the service and will continue to use Japan Wireless for our MiFi needs.

Very good tool

All parts of the process were clearly laid out and easy. I rented online and chose to pick up at the airport, and the return in the provided envelope was smooth. The wifi service provided was great. Thanks for making our trip easier!
