I was in Japan for one entire month. I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere without this device. Used google maps 100% of the time and the internet was flawless, no lags. Watched YouTube videos on the train (with earphones of course), browsed through Instagram, everything. Much cheaper than an international plan especially if you’re splitting with friends. I would definitely recommend! And if I come back, I will absolutely use this again.

Travelling around Japan, there are a number of wifi spots but the speeds are very slow! Having a mobile wifi router is great to have! You never have to worry about slow connection speeds, downloads, etc!

It works all the time, even in remote areas, fast, reliable. Extra battery handy. I received it when I requested, easy to return. Made my stay easy and efficient. Highly recomended.

Absolutely wonderful. Worked perfectly and I was able to perform all normal cell phone features, including maps for 1fee. Japan Wireless was efficient and responsive with excellent guidance. I would DEFINITELY engage Japan Wireless again next time!

It delivered right to my host parents house, and I dropped it off at a post office after. Would rent again!

I was late to order the Wifi before my arrival.
After an inquiry, they emailed me that it was too late and the Wifi wouldn't arrive, so I answered that I would pick another company.
Then, they sent me another email, saying they will provide the Wifi in time, which they did. I was positively surprised about the speed and flexibility of this company. Usually, in Japan, they would say "time is not enough, sorry. That's it." This company was different. I will definitely use them again.
