Travelled around Japan for 3 weeks and had reliable high speed internet available throughout the trip. Easy device pickup and return. Third year in a row using this service and will use again next year.

Travelling with a few friends for 6 weeks, the premium wifi was so much better value than us each getting esims for the same period. The unit was waiting for me at my hotel when I checked in and the return at the airport in the post could not have been easier. Highly recommend.

Best option for travel to Japan! Booked ahead due to 5am arrival, no shops open until 6:30am. Worked everywhere without slowing done,simple connection written in English. Cost ¥11,300 ($72) for 22 days which supported the entire family of four. Strongly recommended and will use again.

The pocket wi-fi was convenient to pick up at Haneda Airport, with instructions included in the e-mail. I simply showed the QR code at the pick up counter, and everything was ready for me.

The device included instructions, and was simple enough to set up. It provided a consistent signal throughout the entire time I used it. The battery life was good. I did not end up needed the extra power bank that was included, but it was very much appreciated.

Returning the device was simple as well-just drop it into any post office box using the included return envelope. I returned mine right outside of Terminal 3 at Haneda, so it was very convenient, and I was able to keep using the pocket wi-fi up until I entered the airport. I received an e-mail the next day confirming that the return was successful.

Everything worked great, and it really simplified a lot of things for my trip. I would definitely use this service again.

Great product and value. I was able to use it everywhere I traveled in Japan and the coverage was excellent.

I rented as I was doing some work while taking a break in Japan, the internet speed is so fast and also, there was no lag.

I loved having the pocket wifi! It was super easy to use, connection was great and had a great battery life. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that has multiple phones, iPads..etc rather than getting the e-sim. They delivered on time and I simply mailed the package out. Awesome!!!
