Really useful for our recent trip to Tokyo. Picked up at the hotel and posted back the day before we left. Easy, and cost effective. Highly recommend for any travellers who don’t want to purchase a separate SIM card.

Used them for two weeks we couldn't have maged without them

The battery could last for the whole day. The battery pack they include with the rental makes it even better if you forget to charge the pocket WiFi overnight. I plan to use Japan Wireless when I visit again.

A perfect Service. I recovered the package at the hotel and return it by mail box near the hotel. Fast velocity and good battery for many hours.

I highly recommend Japan Wireless. I've been using this device all around Japan. I've required a bunch of extensions due to my trip being continued. The service is top notch, even in English, and the speed of the device is quite fast.

I had a perfect experience with the Japan Wireless pocket Wi-Fi. Extremely simple to set up and use. It came with a charger, which is convenient. I had service everywhere I needed to use it without fail. The pick up and drop off process was easy. I will use it again in the future.
