Very convenient, great speed, stable, I will keep using Japan wireless every time I’m going to Japan!

I am strongly recommend used the premium wi-fi. It’s pay a little more than business but it’s worthy. The battery get in hot sometime. But as soon it safe is ok.

Great service! Unit arrived just like they described in their website. We used the pocket wifi from Tokyo to Osaka without any issues. Return was simple and easy -- we found a mail box just outside our hotel. We'll order this again on our next trip to Japan!

Was recommended by friends. Very affordable and great connection in most places (even outside cities). The battery lasts most of the day, although due to the summer heat (september was unusually hot), the device gets very hot which caused battery life to be slightly shorter. The premium package does come with a powerbank though so rest assured, just don't forget it like I usually did.

Very valid and functional tool for my travel in Japan.

Fast and trustworthy

Worked perfectly, easy pick up and return process. as per my experience, I didn't experience any signal loss, stable internet speed. the battery lasts for a full day and they even provided a power bank.

Easy pick up, and post at end of stay.
Great Wi-Fi for 3 of us. Useful to have especially on travel days between accomodation Wi-Fi, and when out and about.

Worked perfectly and super simple collection and return process
