Instructions were straightforward. Shipment was accurate and on time. Return was easy as 1,2,3! Price was reasonable and the performance was great! They even provided additional battery pack to re-charge modem if you are out for a long time. Excellent experience! I recommend it

My trip to Japan would have been much more difficult without my WiFi device. It was delivered to my hotel by Japan Wireless and was waiting for me when I arrived. I brought it with me everywhere and was able to access Google maps to help me get around Tokyo and find the train times and transport routes. It connected without any problem to the network and I could access all my emails and social media wherever I went. I was even able to share it with a friend. The drop off at the airport also was very easy. I recommend this company highly.

Really helpful as it enabled us to use Google maps to find our way round easily particularly when we were driving, and in giving us access to information throughout the day
