I ordered this from the UK and arrived at the hotel 1 hour after check in. Bang on time.
1st wifi had a few issues, so contacted the team. They responded quickly and sent out a new box. Easy return and always had internet

Thought about internet access with only 3 days to go to our 3 week trip, did a bit of internet research and settled on this company - easy to order on line and impressed to see the envelope delivered as planned when we checked into our first hotel in Kobe. We were then almost never without good Wifi using our 2 iPhones and a MacBook for the whole trip including train journeys and some more rural areas. Can’t imagine navigating Tokyo without Wifi and Googlemaps! The device is about a 5cm square, 1cm thick and stayed in a rucksack or coat pocket. Overnight charge easily lasted all day and we never needed the included back up mobile charger. It gets a bit hot with a lot of use. Very easy to stick in the provided envelope and post at the airport departure gate. Highly recommended.

Muy útil. La mejor opción para viajar por Japón. Muy buena conexión y autonomía de unas 8 horas. Recomiendo llevar un cargador portátil a parte porque el que te dan falla mucho.

We picked up our mifi directly at the Narita airport and returned it at a mailbox at the Osaka airport.
It was really easy to use. Battery was always enough.
I would recomment everybody to rent one.

No complains whatsoever, sometimes the network gets switched off but you can turn it on again. 500mb was enough almost every day. No need to drop off what is also handy. Would use again :)

I am so glad I ordered this for our trip. It made our trip much easier without having to worry about how much data I was using on my Unied States mobile carrier. It was waiting for me at my hotel and I could mail it at the airport. Thank you
