Excellent! It's the second time I'm using it (4 years ago and now) - and now the battery lasted for the whole day! I was pleasantly surprised that there is a power bank, but I even didn't need to use it! You are the best and I'm recommending your service to everyone!

Indispensable piece of kit

We have been using a Japan-Wireless Premium Wi-Fi device during our visits to Japan over the last 3 years. We have found the product simple to use and very convenient. The additional battery included in the pack is very useful for those very long days of adventuring and exploring. We have recommended this product to family members who have also had very positive experiences. Customer Service is very helpful and friendly. The variety of delivery options are a great convenience. And instructions for pick-up, drop-off and general usage of the device are easy to understand.
