Very well connection. Battery use fast, lucky to have spare battery. The spare battery was keeping better than the battery in the device. Thank you.

Travelling from Europe, we did not have a cheap data plan. So the portable wi-fi was the BEST solution, because it was unlimited and at a decent price per day. We did not have issues with the signal availability, and we traveled extensively through the country for 2 weeks. Pickup was easy - in the post office in the airport, and the return envelope was included. Drop was was equally easy - any post box works! It came with an external battery and a charger, so we did not have issues running out of power. Great choice for travelling!

good coverage throughout the trip, reliable service, easy to use, easy to acquire and return. I would definitely use this service again in our next trip to Japan!

Very practical, great wifi signal, loved it!
Our portable battery didn't work though.

we used the product for 20 days and we always had connection with internet. Any time, any place. Perfect product and service.

We never had any problems with the unit. It was at our hotel as ordered. Would use Japan Wireless next time that I am in Japan.

Perfect device, easy to use and with a long autonomy - easy to find and to give back

Not a single problem. Fast speed, long lasting battery, easy pick up and return. A very good experience!

Best thing to have while traveling in foreign country. Easy to rent and use. Only suggestion I have is to let the hotels know that these are prepaid envelopes so they don’t need to feel like if they should accept them or not Seems like the hotels were reluctant to accept them.

It worked great without any problems from the first to the last day. I can highly recommend it. Next time I will order it again.
