Easy to use and reliable. A small hiccup at first connecting, but worked after I restarted my phone twice after inserting the sim card. No issues with connectivity at all, even when travelling all over the country. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

Overall very happy with the experience! A few times the signal was weak and loading slow. I will definitely use Japan Wireless again :)

Easy to order, pick up, use, & return. We had the unit sent to our first hotel, then dropped it off at the post office at the airport. The battery held a charge all day (didn't really need the power bank it came with, but it was nice to have on hand) & coverage was not an issue. Most of our time was spent in Osaka & Kyoto; we never had any connectivity problems. Very fair price for the quality of service. Overall excellent experience! Would absolutely utilize this company again on our next visit.
