The pocket WiFi of Japan Wireless worked very well last summer I was in Japan. I booked a new one for my trip to Japan in March. The booking works very fast and easy way.

Our 2 units were delivered to our Tokyo hotel and waiting for us at check-in. Very fast & reliable connection all over Japan. It also comes with a battery pack in case you need to charge the unit, but we never used it because the units have a long battery life. Very convenient! And easy to return, it comes with a return envelope which you put the units inside and just drop off at any mail post located all over the city and at the airports . Best of all, we got a discount coupon! We are very happy customers. We will avail of this again! Thank you!

Fast and stable connections. Would definitely use their service again.

The wifi worked perfectly and the battery lasted all day. We never had to use the mobile charger. We did have some wifi trouble when we went to visit Mount Fuji but Japan Wifi contacted us immediately via email and the problem was solved in minutes. We would recommend it!

The pocket WiFi is fully charged and they give you the charging corset and extra portable battery bank fully charges

I used pocket Wifi several times. It works very well and everywhere I have been in Japan. The use is really very simple, just select the network whose reference is on the box and then enter the code also on the box. My only reservation is that the battery of the case is discharged quickly but a recharging battery is provided.
