No issues. Always good connection. Speed was great, even with up to 4 devices pulling from the WiFi hot spot. Will have this on every trip I make to Japan.

I’ve used Japan Wireless in two occasions and wouldn’t travel to Japan without it. Convenient collection at my hotel and drop off at the airport at the end of my holidays means I’m only for maps and travel ideas for my whole trip. Highly recommmded.
