Package pick up was very easy, signal was excellent. Will definitely use again when I visit Japan!

We used this for two weeks while in Japan. It worked great, never had any problems. We always carried an extra battery pack just in case but the battery life lasted us all day.

Very good overall. Item was sent to hotel timely for pick up and product worked well with good battery life. Return process was easy as well with return mail package and just deposit at the mail box in airport before departure. worth the price and the price is reasonable

Wifi Transmitter always with very good connection. But needed a recharge every evening.

Efficient and useful tool, also the service was very easy to use

I’ve been a frequent client fo a couple of years now. I was in Tokyo for a 14-day business trip last month and needed to be constantly connected via VPN to my home office; I didn’t encounter any problem. We were in Tokyo (22feb)for a week. The internet conection and speed was Good. Also the powerbank was Good to have sometimes. When we come back to Japan in Will hire Japan wireless again.

Everything was perfect from the order to the delivery

The pocket wifi was extremely easy to use. Picking it up and dropping it off was easy as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else visiting Japan.
