Very fast and reliable service, thank you.

So I usually walk about 10k steps a day at work, it is very tiring, and stressful sometimes. But when I went to Japan I got to enjoy the "Quarantine Period" which was 2 weeks of self-isolation. With my Premium Wifi, from Japan Wireless, I was able to pick up my rental from the airport, and have wifi access right away from the beginning of my journey. I stayed an additional 2 weeks after that, and the signal was spot on, and strong throughout my trip. Although the battery usage was higher in subways and on the train, it was still a reliable device, and I was able to use it almost every day without fail. I would bring an additional "external battery" in case you need to charge the device multiple times, that is my only advice. Thank you Japan Wireless for an awesome trip thanks to your service.

Great wi-fi, never any trouble!

We used it as our primary internet solution with my family during our stay in Japan.

Service was top notch and the help provided (only one issue during 10 months!) was very prompt and service was back up and running within minutes!

Not staying at a hotel, no problem. I just entered the address of the nearest post office and picked up my wifi there. Email confirmation had instructions in English and Japanese to help explain to the post office worker what I needed. Wifi worked great, I only had a couple of issues that went away if I held the power button down to conduct a hard reset. This was my second time renting from Japan Wireless and I will use them again. 10/10 recommend!
