Only had one problem when the wifi stopped working

日本帰国して直ぐにワイファイが使えて重宝しました。いつもお世話になっています。

I was in Japan last October for a funeral. I got to the airport and due to the COVID screening process, I was unable to pick up my wifi device. I contacted them and they didn't get back to me for a little over a day. They apologized for the delayed response and waved the fee that is involved to have the wifi re-shipped to a new location. The Wifi arrived later on the same day that they got back to me! The WIFI itself was very good! 3 people shared it and we had no issues. Would definitely use this service again

I think this is a great value for unlimited wifi. I don't have a router or use wifi at home, so I just use this and I can take it anywhere I go. It is very convenient. Although sometimes the internet is slow when I use my computer. I recommend this for travelers.

I have used pocket Wi-Fi for about 10 months. Even in the countryside the internet was fast, although occasionally my connection would drop but these instances were few and far between.
