I’ve been using the service for over a year now. Wifi speed is good and stable. There are times when the device needs restarting, but other than that the device remains reliable both at home and on the go.

Website was easy to use. I made a mistake on my own behalf and the customer service was exceptional.

Good experience in Okinawa. Delivered to my hotel without issue and the wifi puck worked well in Ginowan area. Price was better than some locally available wifi pucks, and no data cap was very useful.

I have used Japan Wireless a few times in the past and I will be using it again in November this year. Excellent service, reliable and convenient. I usually rent Business WiFi and it does a good job. I would highly recommend it.

Just when other companies here denying me due to contracts and I was about to give up, I remembered that not only did Mobal offered WiFi devices without the need for contracts and they have wonderful English support. I wouldn’t have made it without Mobalpocket WiFi.
