I ordered my wifi from Japan Wireless and on check in at my hotel in Tokyo. I also recieved my wifi. I used it all over Japan without any problems going north on Japan Sea side to Sakata and went over to Sendai.
it came with a charger, an extra battery, return envelope and a pouch. At the end of my trip, I enclosed everything in the pouch and return envelope and put in the mailbox at Haneda Airport before going through Customs. I’ve always used Japan Wireless because of their excellent product, service and simple instructions.

Pocket wifi is an excellent product.

Very convenient and perfect quick service and delivery directly to our first hotel. Included a battery bank which came useful when travelling around without possibility to recharge phone or modem. Mostly very good connection and data speeds.

The wifi was reliable and coped with all of our devises being connected. It was very easy to pick up and drop off at the airport so we had wifi as soon as we arrived.

Perfect - did what it said, connection very good, remember to charge it at night!

Had an Great experience booking with Japan Wireless. had to do a last minute booking but Japan Wireless was accommodating and assisted in suggesting in alternate pickup location as an airport pickup was not available. Wifi device connection was also seamless and easy to use. Will definitely use Japan Wireless for my next visit to Japan. Thank you Japan Wireless!
