This hotspot is easy to carry around and has pretty good coverage during my stay in Japan. Highly recommended

This is our 3rd trip to Japan since the restrictions were lifted and we have never been dissatisfied with your service. Prior to the pandemic we have used your service maybe 5 or 6 times. Excellent customer service and so convenient and affordable.

I've ordered it online a few days before arriving in Japan but it arrived one day before I've arrived at the hotel, which was great. The instructions were explained in a perfect way both for how to use it and how to return it. The returning process was super easy.
The only thing I can say is that, let's say you book it for 10 days, you don't really pay for 10 days but for 9 and an half cause I had to return it before 13 pm. which I wouldn't consider an entire day.

Pocket wifi with Japan Wireless was a good experience during my visit to and traveling around Japan. Signal quality was almost always good as were service speeds even when traveling. Compared to some of the other similar services, Japan Wireless had very competitive rates and beat most of the other options. When paired with the speeds and coverage provided, it is a clear winner for this type of service. Package was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived and it was very easy to return everything in the provided envelope by dropping it into a post box at the airport before departure. I would definitely use Japan Wireless again.
