Very good and very satisfactory gadget

Couldn't have asked for a smoother and better experience! Delivered to our hotel we could start with the wifi right away. Easy to use and supplied with a power bank we had wifi from Tokyo into the Japanese Alps! 5 Stars - can recommend!

Easy pickup and drop off. Product worked great for the time I was in Japan, without the Wi-Fi I don’t think I would have been able to get around so easily.

Easy, convenient and affordable. Have ordered pocket wi-fi from Japan Wireless for many years now. I always have it shipped directly to our hotel for pick-up from the front desk. We will definitely continue using their service and recommend it to all of my friends.

Everytime I travel to Japan I rent one or more mobile wifi hubs from Japan Wireless as this keeps my travelling party connected at all times, especially when we get seperated on the ski slopes or in the busy areas of Tokyo.
Wouldn't travel Japan without one!!!

Device was flawless, was not without wifi anywhere

Worked perfectly through out my trip. Battery lasted all day. The only issue was that it gets very hot.

Very practical and easy to use. We always had internet everywhere we went. We received the router with the kit on the same day as the order, at our hotel. We return it in a separate envelope on the day of return, at the airport. I recommend!
