Simple process. No problems encountered. Will use again.

Very reliable service even in the countryside of Hokkaido. Pickup and drop off at the hotel was so convenient.

We ordered the pocket wifi last minute as we are already in Kyoto. Luckily they can deliver in our hotel. So hassle free. Easy to use. Lightweight and almost have signal anywhere in Japan. We just also drop it off at a post in the airport. Will purchase this again when we go back to Japan.

Pocket Wi-Fi was simple to rent, easy pick up and return, and very reliable to use. Used it everyday for two weeks, battery never went too low. Will rent and use through Japan Wireless next time I’m in Japan.

I went on a trip to Osaka, Nara, and Kyoto. The wifi was super fast and it even worked on subways. The battery life even last for more than a day. It came with a external charger which can also be use to charge your phone.
